Do you think singapore(as a society) takes care of our poor?

YES,yes it does.I might say only about 3-6% of the population needs financial help.This is due to the care given by the GOVERNMENT
and the rest of the population of SINGAPORE towards our needy.Nowadays more and more people are making donations and they also
help by regularly taking part in charity drives.However there is also nothing wrong in helping the needy people individually.For eg.we can
give $2 to the ah mah selling tissue paper under our flats instead of paying just$1 for the tissue.Small deed but makes a difference on what
the ah mah eats for lunch!!!!
